I want to plow my driveway with my lawn tractor. The salesman at John Deere says I will want weights and chains. I have a small X300, will the chains tear up my asphalt driveway? I know it isn't significantly excess weight, but am asking yourself if anyone has any expertise. I figure anybody on here is far more impartial than the salesman, although he is very knowledgeable and nice.
